How to book your stay?
1. Reservations are accepted exclusively by phone!
2. You will need to pay a deposit of 30% of the total stay cost to our bank account (details provided above).
3. Once you provide your details, we will send you a VAT invoice for the deposit along with a completed booking confirmation. This confirmation will include information about the reserved cottage and dates of stay, as well as payment terms:
Fees for the stay, parking, tourist tax, and sanitation (e.g. dog fee) are paid upon check-in when collecting the keys.
The duration of your stay, which determines the total fees, must match the dates specified in your reservation.
Please note: if you shorten your stay (or cancel) for reasons beyond our control, a refund can only be made if the unused service is resold to another client — and only up to the amount for which it was resold.
4. Please return the signed document to us — a scan, photo, or letter is fine, whichever is most convenient for you.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, we accept pets for an additional fee. On the campsite, pet stays are free of charge. Owners are required to clean up after their pets and keep them on a leash.
When does the high season start?
The resort is open from spring until late autumn, depending on weather conditions. High season rates apply from May 30 to September 14, as well as during the May holiday weekend.
Can I use only the camper service area?
Yes, it is possible to use the camper service area without being a guest of the resort. The fee is 20 PLN per service.
Is it possible to charge electric cars?
Charging of electric vehicles is allowed only after prior arrangement with the reception.
Do you offer winter storage for camping trailers and yachts?
It is possible to leave yachts, campers, and camping trailers for the winter. To determine the individual fee, please contact the reception.
